“Guit und ginui” – Delicious, and plenty of it. This Val Pusteria saying about food and drink sums up the culinary offering at the Alpenrast Nature Place: Relaxed holidays from the first cup of coffee in the morning to the last bite in the evening. Fresh ingredients, regional products, good honest food. During the day, non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine are also part of our all-inclusive offer.
A day in the South Tyrolean mountains traditionally begins with a healthy and hearty breakfast. In the morning, our extensive breakfast buffet offers fresh, regional natural products, a variety of breads, savoury and sweet spreads, homemade cakes, a selection of dairy products, regional cheeses and cold cuts, egg dishes, seeds and cereals, fresh fruit and a wide range of drinks – from various coffee specialities and teas to a selection of fruit juices. All in all: everything that contributes to a good start to the day.
Mountain air makes you hungry! For a quick bite to eat between meals, there’s a buffet offering a tasty soup and homemade cakes at lunchtime and in the early afternoon. A welcome snack after a successful day exploring the mountains around Riva di Tures.
The peaks are calling - also in the evening. From a culinary perspective, our guests can look forward to further high: exquisitely crafted dishes from the kitchen of our head chef, Aaron. Every evening we serve a varied 3-course set menu of your choice, where South Tyrolean cuisine meets Italian classics – with the odd delightful surprise thrown in – accompanied by a generous buffet of salads and antipasti. There is a separate vegetarian menu available every day. Non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine are also included with dinner.
