• The prices quoted are per person per day, based on a minimum stay of 6 nights
• For short stays of up to 2 nights, we charge a surcharge of €10 per person per night
• Local tax: The local tax of €2.90 per person per night (aged 14 and over) is payable at the hotel

• Children’s bed: €12 per night
• Dogs are welcome in the Comfort Room Zirm for a surcharge of €20–25 per day
• Child discounts: up to 4.9 years: 80%; 5 to 7.9 years: 50%; 8 to 11.9 years: 20%; 12 to 13.9 years: 10%
• Booking: A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received a written confirmation of booking from us

Our rooms are available from 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival. 
On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00 hrs. 
If you expect to arrive after 18:00 hrs, please give us a quick call to let us know. This enables us to welcome our guests personally.

We are happy to cater for allergies and food intolerances. Please just let us know before you arrive so that our kitchen team can make the necessary preparations. There will be an additional charge based on the extent of work involved.

The Alpenrast Nature Place is a non-smoking establishment. All rooms and communal areas are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside and on the balconies.

If your travel plans change at short notice, please let us know in good time.

Our cancellation policy:

• Up to 30 days before start of the holiday: no charge
• 29 to 22 days before start of the holiday: 30% of the total booked package
• 21 to 7 days before start of the holiday: 50% of the total booked package
• Up to 6 days before start of the holiday: 80% of the total booked package
• Non arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booked package

To protect yourself against the unexpected and avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We prefer payment by cash or cheque. Payment by debit or credit card is also accepted, with the exception of American Express and Diners Club.

The floor and room number will be allocated within the booked category, subject to availability. We are happy to take specific requests into account, but unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to accommodate them.
