People always say that the journey is the destination. This saying applies to Riva di Tures only to a limited extent. The journey here is actually a small adventure in itself: As Campo Tures disappears in the rear-view mirror, the road continues, bend after bend, into another world. And every single one of them is worth it, promise! With every metre of altitude gained, everyday life is left behind down in the valley – and once you reach the top, everything becomes clear: You have reached your destination.

The classic route takes you along the Brenner motorway (A22) to the exit Bressanone/Val Pusteria. From there continue on the national road (SS49) to Brunico. Here, turn off towards Valle Aurina and drive up the panoramic mountain road via Campo Tures straight into our mountain paradise.
Various coach operators, such as FlixBus, run services to Bressanone (Varna) or Brunico. From there, or directly from Campo Tures, the frequent bus service (number 450 to Campo Tures, then on with number 452) offers a convenient and sustainable way to travel to Riva di Tures.
To get to Brunico Central Station, take the Val Pusteria railway and change at Fortezza. From there, you can travel to Riva di Tures either by public bus (number 450 to Campo Tures, then on with number 452) or travel in comfort with the Südtirol Transfer.
The nearest airport is Bolzano (BZO), which offers direct flights during certain times of the year. Other options include Innsbruck Airport (approx. 120 km), Verona Airport (approx. 257 km), Treviso Airport (approx. 220 km), Venice Marco Polo Airport (approx. 230 km) or Munich Airport (approx. 320 km). There are shuttle services from the airports, such as the Südtirol Transfer.
