- Prices are for per person per day on a minimum stay of 6 days. Surcharge for short stay: per person/night, 10.00 €

The prices indicated above are without a 2,90€ tourism tax per person (+ 14 years) and day, which must be paid at the hotel.

- Children under 4,9 years: 80% price reduction (cot 10€/day)
- From 5-7,9 years of age: 50% price reduction
- From 8-11,9 years of age: 20% price reduction
- From 12-13,9 years of age:10% reduction

Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 3 p.m. We request, that the rooms be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in should be by 6 p.m. Please inform us by phone in case of late arrival.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed in the gastronomy areas, at the natural bathing pond and SPA areas.
No smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all public areas of the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outdoors!
Reservation: Your booking is considered firm after receipt of a written confirmation by e-mail, fax or post.
Cancellation policy: Please inform us in due time if you have to cancel your stay. Up to 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
- 29 to 22 days prior to arrival: 30% of the booked arrangement
- 21 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked arrangement
- up to 6 days prior to arrival: 80% of the booked arrangement
- in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement.
Method of payment: we prefer payment by cash and collection-only cheque. You can also clear your bill with EC card or credit card (except American Express and Diners).
Room number: Unfortunately we are not always able to promise floor level, location and room number within a certain category.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
